How to clean the canvas? 

If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.

How to clean the tote bag?

Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

What are sizes of the tote bags?

A Small is 13" x 13", Medium 16" x 16", and a Large 18" x 18".

How long will my package take to get to me?

Production time takes 2-3 days depending on the item. Shipping should take about 5-7 days. Unless you are from Alaska, Hawaii, or any of the US Territories; it will take up to 7-12 days shipping. Currently shipping only in the U.S.

Return Policy:

If a product is damaged or is a manufacturing error, the printing on demand company offers a free replacement or a refund if you let me know within 30 days of product delivery. Please include a clear photo showing the issue.
