**Questions and Policies:**
* **Canvas Cleaning:**
If the canvas accumulates dust, gently wipe it off with a clean, damp cloth.
* **Tote Bag Cleaning:**
Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Pre-treat visible stains with a stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with a terry cloth or a soft-bristled brush. Allow the bag to air dry.
* **Tote Bag Sizes:**
* Small: 13” x 13”
* Medium: 16” x 16”
* Large: 18” x 18”
* **Tee Cleaning:**
Wash the tees in cold water, inside out.
* **Delivery Time:**
Production time takes 2-3 days, depending on the item. Shipping typically takes 5-7 days. Unless you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territory, shipping may take up to 7-12 days. Currently, shipping is only available within the United States.
* **Return Policy:**
If a product is damaged or due to a manufacturing error, the printing-on-demand company offers a free replacement or a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Please include a clear photograph demonstrating the issue.
